Second National UK Mathematical Modelling competition using Machine learning

Attached is a very short video (approximately 2mins) of my presentation on Rare Disease Prediction held at Manchester University from the 26th to 28th June, 2019.

Features selection methods of the big data used were Lasso regression, Elastic nets and Recursive Feature selection (RFS) method. Clustering were also conducted for further data exploration. After which, Classification tree, Random Forest and Generalized Linear Mixed Models were used for subsequent data analysis and inferential purposes.
